Well good thing in the entire history of humanity, this has never happened.
And forcing, by government fiat, people who don’t want to have kids to go before someone to be diagnosed leads to what? “You’re right, Mr. Bureaucrat, she is mentally ill as you suspect.” So she’s FORCED to become pregnant, goes to jail? What?

If it's just a few people it's not an issue. But now we have a huge proportion of one generation that does not plan to create the next one. That makes for lots of problems.

My issue lies with how society recently decided to treat mental abnormalities instead of with the idea of “let’s help fix this” to “let’s embrace this” or the more extreme on some things let’s praise it

There is no historical precedent for what we are seeing worldwide. I’m not saying economic considerations aren’t valid, but this is well beyond that.
