Dudes a jerk, or at least got caught in a moment acting like one.
I’m really not sure the fair outcome in situations like this. Dude is easily 100% at fault and it’s not ok to pull that move but it’s also hard to strike the middle ground between “no harm no foul” and full on cancel culture. In an ideal world he steps up with a genuine apology and ends the day ashamed but able to provide for his family still

I’ve had girls touch me all over when I played music, onstage, after shows, and I still have power. He’s an a-hole, but she never had power to begin with, she only thought she did.

The power thing is really dumb but he is an idiot. Not surprised he got banned. You may not consider it sexual but I know if I'm in a bar and some guy randomly slaps my GFs arse joking or not, we have a problem.
