I was unaware of his age. In relation to most running the marathon, he almost qualifies for the derogatory usage of geezer. I am substantially older than him though, qualifying me for geezer status as well.

I certainly have but the last time was in like 7th grade and it damn sure wasn't someone I didn't have a friendship with much less not even know.
So no random strangers and absolutely not when I was 43 with a wife, kids, and a job.
