Sort of if you add St Joseph's and Catholic.
Dunham is a Christian school as well. Runnels doesn't have any religious affiliation which kind of is its niche in BRs private school world I believe.

National trends don’t necessarily hold in South LA with regards to that.
The main reasons why a kid would no longer attend private school in BR are-
1. Got into a magnet
2. Moved to Central or Zachary
3. Moved to a surrounding parish
I’m spitballing here but my guess is that adding an additional magnet in Lee helped pull from Runnels’ typical student body.

So which one would you fit in with?
AP Public School trash, but my Catholic cousins went to Catholic High and my bougie Jewish cousins went to Episcopal
Catholic High kids seemed to live mostly west of Airline Highway while St. Michael’s had the the East side of town.

Never understood why any parent would send their kid there tbh. The single handful of kids I know from there were super weird

Todd Kinchen can paint pretty well.

AH, so it's more like the Country Day School of Baton Rouge. Here in greater New Orleans, symphony musicians' kids and similar all go to CD.

why do you attempt to politicize every post and fail miserably every time?

Prob right. Rispone and Jindal drove the final stake in Redemptorist with the ed reforms of Jindals second term. The selective Magnet schools have taken a toll on Runnels enrollment. Unless Runnels can differentiate themselves in some sort of way from the “free” magnet schools, I don’t see how they survive.
The massive sizes of magnet high schools allowed for way more AP courses than Runnels could offer. Many of their best students would transfer to BRHS for that reason alone. I don't know that they will be able to compete at the level as the bigger high schools with RHS having limited AP/honors but their core group of kids seem to get a great education.

They aren’t handicap accessible in your case.

Runnel is cheaper then chs , St Joe's and Episcopal , Parkview
And a less socially cuthrouught then the former schools. It's not as rigorous as BRH and much smaller
