Roul’s Deli owner arrested for sexual harassment with a 16 year old.

The victim told police she began working at the restaurant on Plank Road back in January. While she was working there, she says Saymeh would often make inappropriate comments to her. Saymeh's comments allegedly included how he had an inappropriate "dream" about her, that he enjoyed watching her on the store camera and how he imagined she'd be good at giving oral sex.
Saymeh also allegedly sent the teen inappropriate text messages, which included him offering to pay for sex. She added that Saymeh also called her via Facetime on multiple occasions, however, she stopped answering his calls because he kept showing his genitals.

Was going to post this and ask what business it was. They just listed the block on Plank and that narrowed it to Roul's or Tony's.

Once, I asked him to get me a cup or something and he usually had them out on the counter. He said, sorry I had to put them back here, then looks out to see what people are eating as if he has a secret. He then writes "because neggars" (with the e instead of an i) on the lid of my styrofoam box. Good times.

That dude is nuts. While not shocked at any of this, he was always awesome to us the 5-6 times I've eaten there. He reminded me of someone on cocaine/meth/adderall. Absolutely no filter and a ton of energy. Does that make sense or paint a picture to those who haven't met him?
One time he didn't even charge us for one of the combos b/c he rang it up as one and we said "Ohh No. We wanted TWO combos."
He said "ahhh I gotcha buddy. No worries. This one's on me." and hurried to get the 2nd one.

I lived on old row and ate there constantly. Still my favorite burger.
