The roof... the roof... the roof is going to collapse.. We don't need anymore snow... Let it fall to the ground.

I used to play Mall Madness with a friend's 9-year-old daughter about 25 years ago and she constantly beat the ever loving shite out of me. It is in their DNA.

I kicked arse in Dream Phone though.

The Hartford Convention Center roof collapsed as well. Could have been bad.A few thousand people were in the building for UCONN basketball hours before.

In the case of the Metrodome, it had a canvas roof and the weight of the snow finally caused the canvas to tear and collapse one Sunday morning in 2010, a day the Vikings had a home game scheduled there.

Should've opted for the electric defroster. Jerry Lundegaard tried to tell 'em.

And it 100% could have and should have been prevented. Turns out that computers and technology fricked them, and it wasn't without warning.

The collapse appears to affect at least five businesses inside the mall, including Applebee's.

If I lived up there, 100% chance I would be safe from a mall collapse. Hell, I'm 100% safe here in BR from a mall collapse.

This is why every contractor in Louisiana is building houses with high albedo roofs. Gotta manage that snow load and ensure rain erodes the foundation.
