That means doesn't prove McKnight aggressively approached Gasser's car.

so your the type that wants to have a discussion about something but argues about antics rather than the topic. i see. Well thats no fun and just keeps the argument going around in a circle.

If I was ever in a situation like this (and I'd like to think I'm smart and level-headed enough to not be), I'd seriously consider waving my right to a jury trial. There aren't very many smart people who end up on juries.

Why are you posting things as fact and then not backing it up?

You would have to trust that they would stop with an arse beating and not beat you to death. It has happened.

I backed it up as what I truly believe happened and what I believe will be proven to be fact...are you fricking happy now?

you are the one who wants to have a discussion then gets bent out of shape about sentence structure about how someone used a word.... This isnt the court room and we arent lawyers.

No, because you've yet to say that you pulled the aggressive part out of thin air. I genuinely asked you at the beginning, and you've just been a douche about it ever since.

It's not all the same. Reasonable, once you get to court, is tested by what a reasonable person believes/would do.

Obviously if you think those three words are equal with regard to the law you're discussing.

You said he approached the car aggressively. Nothing you have posted suggests that.

yes and I laid out the reasons why I came to that conclusion...go back and read

and I said based on my assumptions and reasons, if I were on the jury I that would give me enough reasonable doubt to believe that McKnight approached the car aggressively.

I read it. I don't need to read it again.

You didn't call it an assumption until much later in the thread. Congrats on finally getting there.
