I know people have been saying that for decades, but with Keith about to turn 83 and having arthritis, I dont expect them to go on a big tour again. Maybe a residency in LV or NYC?

End of an era if it's true. I got to see them and they put on a great show.

The Rolling Stones have called off plans for a 2026 stadium tour of the United Kingdom and Europe, a source close to the band confirms to Variety, following reports that guitarist Keith Richards was unable to “commit” to it.

They need to do a Sphere run.

I wonder how much Stones at the Sphere tickets would go for

I saw them at the Superdome in 1994. I was a freshman at LSU and I remember thinking they were old then....little did I know that 31 years later they would still be kicking.

Just do like the Eagles do for Joe Walsh at the Sphere. Get a younger guitarist as his shadow. The dude stands next to Joe, plays all of Joe's guitar parts along with him. Joe's volume is turned down. Then they let Joe jam out on some songs they are confident he can play.

Simple solution. GREAT idea!

KR is only needed at this point to help drive and maintain the concert the vibe (unless his pride won't allow him compromise.)

OR...is Keef just outta gas, looking for an out?

Keith was noticeably really struggling at Jazz Fest. The rest of the band was great.

Same, Baton Rouge were rocking! Then again in Dallas at the Cotton Bowl for the Steel Wheels tour with Lenny Kravitz opening.

Saw them in 94 or 95 in of all places Columbia, MO. Kravitz was supposed to open, but it was Blind Melon. People were yelling “Play your good song.” Great show and I also thought they were old as frick then. Now, they’re in better shape than I.

Saw Paul, the Stones, AC/DC, George Thorogood, The Eagles, Steely Dan, Willie Nelson & many others in last couple of years. All delivered, tremendously! Not even saying "For their age..." All were just great.

But, it is a reminder that they aren't long for this world.
