Good, hopefully it'll stop. I never answer anyways but it's still annoying.

If someone calls me and I don't know the number, I do not answer. If it is a legit person and it is important hopefully they will leave a VM, with that said, one time I received a call that had the first three numbers as the numbers used in my area so I thought it could have been someone I knew calling from someone's house or a business.. whatever.. So I answered.. And it was one of these calls. I hung up right away and blocked the number, but I am glad they are cracking down on this shite.

The problem with blocking the number is the fact that it could be a legit number and now they can't call you.
I'm ready to riot against the phone companies because they made it this easy to spoof someone's number.

Let everyone his system called come to the courthouse on his dime and get one free punch.

LOL I've still as of yet to have that pleasure. If I'm bored I might answer and not say anything. If its a real person they eventually say something. I hear it fricks up the robocallers though. Their system flags your number as a "bad line".

My favorite is when someone calls you accusing you of being the person that spam called them because the company spoofed your number.
Happened to my boss one day. In the middle of a meeting, after getting like 20 call backs that day, he snapped picks up the phone and starts cursing out the person. Dude was an idiot, but entertaining at times.

Glad they caught this loser...the calls had gotten sophisticated enough to where they somehow must have gotten my wife's phone number and started calling me from it and the voice and bitching sounded exactly like my wife, but I have learned to stop answering when I see her number come up on my phone because I know my wife couldn't possibly be calling me that many times in the day to bitch about something. I don't know what they were selling though...
