Pearl police have issued a warrant for 29-year-old Brett Davis, of Picayune, for attempted murder after a man was shot in the head on I-20.
One man was shot after a possible road rage incident occurred on I-20 around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Rankin County Undersheriff Raymond Duke says the unidentified motorist was struck above the eye, but he was able to give information to authorities.
Pafford EMS officials told us the man was transported to UMMC, but his condition was not released.
Captain McGairty tells us the vehicle, authorities are searching for, is a Gold/metallic colored 2001 Chevrolet Silverado, step side single Cab pickup, with the license plate number PU2743.
This is a Pearl River County tag.
McGairty also says the truck has a chrome tool box on it and the word 'Chevrolet' written across the back of the tailgate.
The Silverado was occupied by Davis and another man, who are considered to be armed and dangerous, McGairty sad.
Police originally stated that the truck was seen near I-59 entering Louisiana, but that was not the truck Davis was inside.
Local News says he works at Chet Morrison Contractors in Houma and his girlfriend lives in New Orleans.

He's gonna know a whole new meaning to "Salt Life" when he has Tron's big salty black balls in his mouth in prison.

It truly is. My wife is normally full of grace but she will lose her cool on the road rather quickly. I just showed her this story and told her it was never worth it because you don't know what kind of person is in the other vehicle.

I don't want to end up being a widower father of two because some oil field trash didn't like that my wife honked her horn at him.

Looks like how I would think about half of the OT looks.
Seriously though, just move over and do whatever. Let the dumbasses do what they need to do to feel like men. Don't challenge them in any way.

Heard on TuneIn radio (IHeart alternative) earlier in day about a rolling shootout in Atlanta area on I-20 today too. Probably more Hood Rage that spilled onto interstate than Road rage though from description.
