Wait, so the guy got attacked while in his car. Crazy mofo was stomping on his windshield so it's feasible that flight wasn't a good option. He was carrying a gun in his car so he took the gun out to defend himself, and was arrested for having a gun without a permit?

So Alabama is not an open carry state? Why would he need a permit if the gun is clearly not concealed? I’ve looked up the law, but still lost on how your car wouldn’t count as your property, and clearly he is defending it? Whose to say he didn’t have it unloaded and just loaded it to point at the crazy on his hood. Alabama for being a complete shite racist state, you’d think it would be more gun friendly.

I know it doesn't look tactical or cool, but this stance was taught in the old days. Basically the pistol is fired with one hand and your free arm is placed in front of your vitals to help protect from any return gun fire.
