Major props to those JPSO deputies. They didn’t cower, they entered and ended the threat. It takes balls to clear a house with a known threat inside who is assuredly waiting for you.

I’m glad you pointed this out. Contrast it to that school shooting a while back in which the police just waited outside while the gunman went around shooting kids. These deputies knew there were children in danger, and they went in!

How it should be. No excuse to stand around jerking off when kids are in danger.

If you're wearing the badge and cashing the checks, you better be going in there.

Glenn was a friend of mine. I didn’t think he was even capable of hurting someone’s feelings. He was always joking. I knew that he was a good man. I’m disgusted. I’m furious. I’ve never known anyone who has done anything like this. I thought Glenn was a good man. My brain is totally fricked.

What the frick

Most people are actors with bottled up emotions. Eventually, we release the pressure or it consumes us.

I'm no longer shocked at the stories I hear of people I once respected. We're all capable of snapping at some point, if we dont have a healthy safety valve.

Gut wrenching. I wonder what could possibly trigger this kind of assault.

This is very depressing. Mental illness is rough. I hope his kids are able to recover from this.

Well, it looks like one of them is dead, another critical, and the last one recovering from a shot to the ankle. frick, man. If this can happen to them, nobody is fricking safe. This was a good Catholic family. What the frick.

We know satan and evil are real. I’ll tell you also, please take of you. This is trauma for you and those that know them. If I felt the need, I’d be looking for a trauma therapist. No shame in that.
