Pancreatic cancer is the fricking kiss of death. My grandpa was healthy as a horse, got pancreatic cancer and was gone within 2 weeks.

Yes it is. My Mom was diagnosed with stage 4 and passed a few months after. That was 5 years ago and I can still see here laying in the hospital bed.
