I thought he was a great actor, very believable. I loved him in Goodfellas, but loved him even more in Field of Dreams.

Mines as well. Such a conflicted character that was enamored by the "perks" of the gangster life through his own youthful romanticizing, but you knew in your heart he was anything but a cold blooded killer.

I would get the very same vibe from watching interviews with the real Henry Hill.
