Riddle: I'm going on a trip...

I'm going on a trip with my cousin Normand and my big brother Oswald. Our trip will begin in Sacramento where we will stay for 5 nights. We enjoyed our time there so much that we decided to stay another 3 nights. Next, we will travel to Nantucket for a quick stop before making our way to Tallahassee. We will wrap up our trip in the beautiful city of Savannah.
Where am I?
Hint: Who I take on the trip is the most important piece.
Winner: the paradigm | Answer: New Orleans

I'm taking my lil bro Spencer on a crazy expedition. Gonna start in Baltimore and stay 5 nights. Then we'll hit Louisville then stop in Lexington. Next, travel down to Dallas and stay 4 nights to watch the boys play. Then to Gainesville and finally to Savannah.
Where am I?
Winner: WaydownSouth | Answer: Spokane
lil sis = HS
Big sis = JUCO
lil bro = college
big bro = pro
nights = vowels
cousin = flip the order of vowels
The cities spell out a mascot. Who I brought tells you the city.
If the mascot could be multiple cities. You go to the next letter in the name.
Where am I?
