Voting Democrat has consequences. When will people wake up and realize that Democrats are true scum of the earth?

My wife's family (she's 25% owner) just sold an apartment complex in Los Angeles County. I am thankful we got a good price.

Now if we can sell the commercial property, life will be doing ok.

It’s not sad. It’s glorious and wonderful. They did this to themselves. Now feel the pain of electing nothing but idiots.

I'd agree if they were staying there, but they're leaving and going other places where they'll likely vote for the same kind of idiots that will ruin those places.

It's really sad to see another one of American's great cities fall - and it's entirely preventable.

They shouldn’t me allowed to leave. They should be forced to stay and bathe in the consequences of their own stupidity.

Record unemployment and the COVID-19 crisis hasn't seemed to scare buyers away from purchasing houses in the Los Angeles area. In fact, they're buying them faster than they were in nearly all of 2019. "It is quite remarkable that in the midst of a global pandemic that homebuyers are rushing into the market," said Dr. Lawrence Yun from the National Association of Realtors. After a rise in the number of days homes sat on the market in April and May, June numbers dropped and continued through July, according to an ABC7 analysis of Zillow data in the Los Angeles metro area. The week ending August 1 saw homes selling four days faster than in May and eight days faster than same week in 2019.

Here’s the problem. They get tired of dealing with what they are dealing with, move to somewhere else and then proceed to start creating the very same situation they left. They essentially bring the same mindset with them wherever they go.

Question here. If all the smart level headed, God-fearing and virtuous people are in Louisiana, why is it almost always dead last in category after category that matters?

Fix Louisiana for once, then throw stones.

LA is the second best city in the United States, if you consider the metropolitan area.

My wife's family sold the apartment complex in El Segundo and will be selling the commercial building.

We are closing on 100 acres in an undisclosed location to build a compound and wait on the impending apocalypse.

Do you think it’s conservatism?

It’s definitely not that Louisiana has the most deeply seeded corrupt state government for a century.

As someone in real estate (not an agent, I’m not retarded), I couldn’t imagine doing business in California. Sounds brutal.
