If the age of consent is 16, then they shouldn't go to jail. If the school makes a policy that teachers can't bang students, that's perfectly fine

If you don’t have the self control to not frick your students after being trusted with a position of authority and trust by the parents and school principal, you don’t belong there and deserve to be held accountable.
The school is not your own personal brothel.

It’s easy to not get blackmailed when you don’t frick your students.
And if the teacher is a reasonably attractive adult woman like the OP’s picture, she should have no problem picking up random dick off tinder or any bar, especially a college bar.
She needs to stick to that or try to develop a healthy relationship with an adult male that’s close to her age, has a stable job and decent bank account.
