Reviews on basically every food and drink vendor at new MSY are awful

Sounds like the service employee pool in NOLA is living up to the billing
Some chick at Sazerac saw them drop an orange slice on floor, pick it up and put it in a drink

I don’t understand the need for all kinds of big food options in an airport

it’s a nice airport, but how the world it got dirty this fast is beyond me. Just low standards.

Was just in the airport Tuesday and it was great. I’m actually pleasantly surprised by the options now.

I ate today at Emeril’s Table. The employees aren’t certainly of the caliper of employee Emeril and his team would hire at their signature restaurants, but they are better than your Burger Kang and Popeye’s quality control teams.

Yea weird as hell. Flew out of there for the semifinal game and all the pillars were scuffed as frick. How does that many things run into that many pillars in like a month and a half?

The Popeyes chicken sandwich is better than anything the Emeril place would serve. It sucks. Mopho is about the only decent place in there.

I’ve noticed that too. Today, I even saw a missing electrical plate cover on one of the pillars as well.
I’m just glad they finally have soap in the Men’s bathroom and no longer are purchasing individual Dial liquid soap for customers to use,

The front entrance to the new terminal is fricked. There was one TSA officer at the pre-check line with 100 deep. The girl who sold me the bottled water was pissed off and half asleep at the register. NOLA gonna NOLA.

We saw the terrible reviews and ate at Emeril's anyway. The service was pretty bad, but I thought the pizza was pretty good at the price point, considering it's in an airport.

Been to two places so far in the new MSY...Emeril’s Table and MoPho.

Had no paper towels anywhere recently though from what I heard when I dropped my parents off on new years eve. Was getting a bottle of water from the stand by the check in area and heard someone asking the worker at the coffee stand if there was some anywhere as there wasn't any in the bathrooms. Worker said none anywhere.
