I dont follow how that makes sense. Calling it "privilege" seems wrong if thats actually what its intended to mean, and I dont know what they have to do that other races dont.

The opposite seems true concerning athletics. Black privilege is very real in athletics, and it fits that definition to a T.

I absolutely love the argument that black people have to try harder to keep up with white people.

Yea I just don't get it. They have the same teachers, exams, and standardized tests that their white counterparts have and then when they apply for college they get preferential treatment through affirmative action. They then go to the college of their choice and take the same tests as everyone else and then they apply for the same jobs in which every major company prefers minorities to get their quota right. So I am failing to see where one person coming from a similar background has an advantage, well I guess one actually does have an advantage listed above.

I don't think the workers on the plantation paid for their own drinks either. The whole point is not that they are getting nothing. Its that the system, not the market, is telling them what they will get and should be happy with.

Because of their physical talents. They work hard to make money for their college masters without getting paid. Sounds a lot like slavery does it not? White people cheer on athletes because it remind them of blacks out in the cotton fields.

well shite, I guess the black man is screwed, always tied to the white man. The fact is that a black community (not every individual) cannot exist on its own without total strife. Rather it be a park, a mall, a school, a town; it eventually will go to total shite.
The black community should accept it's current role and be happy with it, for it has not demonstrated anything better outside of that, and that goes way back.
