I always park in the back where I shop so the older folks who are less mobile can have easier access.
Too many obese 20 year olds park in the handicapped spot, or sit and wait for someone to pull out so they can have a primo spot. The truly disabled keep getting pushed out.

When I was young I littered and left the cart wherever. I look back and can't believe I ever acted that way.
I don't think I've seen anyone just leave a cart in the parking lot at random in probably 15 years.
One of the few positive ways our society has evolved.
*ETA Walmart excluded. I'm taking normal grocery stores you frequent daily.

Only sorry asses don't put away their cart.

Before you buy a new home go to the shopping centers if people don’t put carts back run from the area.
I guarantee there is a direct correlation of Crime in areas without carts being returned.

Not putting the cart in the return spot is the ultimate loser equalizer. Just watch the fricks at whole foods who do it all day long, just like walmart trash.

We need a shame culture .. if you pulled that shite in Japan you’d be disowned for the great dishonor your brought upon your famiree.. then you’d be forced to commit sepuku. We are a lazy culture that celebrates shortcuts

Not leaving that package of frozen chicken you decided you don't want on Aisle 2 with the canned vegetables is another one.

I prefer finding a cart in the parking lot. It will more likely roll properly.

100%
And airline seat reclining shows your level of selfishness and compassion. You are literally taking something away from someone, without asking or exchanging, for little gain. Is it worth someone else's discomfort without a conversation to gain just a fraction of your own?

Airline seats are designed to recline. This isn't even close to the same thing. You're free to pay for a more comfortable seat if you need the legroom.

Youre also free to buy first class with more room to recline, but you dont.

But I already paid for the 2 inches that the cheap seat reclines.

Meh
If the cart stall is too far and I’ve got my little one in the car I’m gonna secure it against the speed barrier at least. Never just leave out free to roll. Rouses apparently doesn’t believe in more than 2 cart stalls

You can definitely tell a lot about a person from that one piece of information

I always park out by the cart corral so I can conveniently return my cart.
