Dont pee on the seat!
If you pee on the seat, do you wipe it? Or just leave it?
Dont sit on the seat!
Courtesy flush, while taking No.2.
Do WASH your hands.
NEVER, EVER put your face near holes in the stalls
I find a lot of my coworkers dont wash their hands as the soap is rarely used.
Gross.
Feel free to add yours.

We have a soap dispenser, that you can see through. The level rarely changes.

No hover move. Sit your arse on the seat properly.
I think this subject has been touched on before here, but at a place I used to work in BR, HR regularly had to remind the women about basic bathroom cleanliness and etiquette. Most of the "incidents" were determined to be misses from the hover move.
