Simply walking in a home under construction that isn’t posted simply to look around isn’t criminal trespassing in Ga. If it were a whole lot of folks would be law breakers.

Funny. I’ve been saying that for weeks. That doesn’t mean they aren’t innocent until proven guilty. I’ve also said we should wait for the trial before executing them. Now, what’s the problem with that?

If the answer is yes, then they are neighbors.
The house wasn't inhabited. English lives in Douglas, GA which is 94 miles away from Brunswick. Maybe he met the McMichaels and maybe not.
I wouldn't call the owner of an empty, under construction house my neighbor.
It's a big stretch to call English and McMichaels neighbors until they all live physically near each other.
