Reporting suspected Medicaid fraud

My buddy's ex wife had a kid on Medicaid.
She was getting child support and alimony from him. Over $3k/month.
Plus, working 2 shifts / week as a pharmacist.
Gets knocked up.
Has kid. Medicaid paid for it. As my buddy had to sign papers attesting he wasn't father due to how recent divorce was. He saw that she utilized Medicaid while signing those papers at the hospital.
Shes also got over $100k in bank from a lawsuit.
Shes a trashy hoe.
There's no way she legitimately qualified for Medicaid.
How can I report this bitch?

When it comes to medicaid fraud that's a small case.. They need to go to all the companies that commit medicaid (or maybe its medicare?) fraid. Either way, I am sure if you go to the website there is a place to report fraud.

Damn, went to the site and there is no where to report fraud..
But it looks like they have a twitter handle. Hit them up.

Under normal circumstances I would be outraged. However, the amount of money the government has handed out recently has resulted in hundreds of billions of dollars of fraud. Billions have been shipped to overseas criminal organizations.
At least this scammer is an American.

Child support is not counted as income.

If she’s single, she probably qualifies

How many kids?
If only 1-2, that's fricking insane.

If my wife only cost me $3k a month I’d consider myself lucky.

I doubt anyone would do anything about it.

All pregnant people qualify for Medicaid.
Income doesn't matter.
What are you going to report?
Someone following the rules?
ETA:there are income requirements but anyone who is pregnant and doesn't have insurance will most likely get it... There are a lot of ways to ensure a healthy pregnancy via medicaid.

For pregnancy and households with children less than a year old, the cutoff is 183% of the federal poverty line. She might have qualified based on that.

Since 1989, pregnant women with incomes at or below 133 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL) have been a mandatory Medicaid eligibility group and all but four states have extended Medicaid coverage to pregnant women above the currently required level of 138 percent FPL.

For a family or household of 4 persons living in one of the 48 contiguous states or the District of Columbia, the poverty guideline for 2021 is $26,500. Separate poverty guideline figures are developed for Alaska and Hawaii, and different guidelines may apply to the Territories.
