If you don't break the law or don't resist arrest when you do the odds are overwhelmingly high you won't be a victim of police violence. I suppose that makes too much sense for those nuts though

Nah, a black guy was once shot by cops even though he complied.

Therefore, the perfectly reasonable response is to fight the cops and thrash around like a farm animal, thus ensuring that they'll be shot or otherwise abused.

It's quite infuriating. Slavery is horrible, but imagine if slaves had been picked up from any other continent, and had 200 years to recover?

Africa would likely be under British rule, with safety and prosperity in cities, and people in mud huts in rural areas. The USA would have much different crime stats. Kids would get better educations, and we'd probably have flying cars and people commuting to the moon for work.

Liberals can't possibly believe that this is something that can be fixed. The "city" I grew up in is 87% black. You can count the white kids in the public school on your hands, you might need one toe to help out.

It's the same old story. Kids have no solid family structure. Kids don't care about school. They are impossible to teach and control. 20% of the kids dropout. If a kid does dare to try to do well, they are ostracized. If a kid breaks thru, and gets to college (or the service), they NEVER COME BACK. No one every sees the success, these kids never help their community. The locals just keep having baby after baby, with zero care in the world. There are only so many jobs in a small town. They take a job, and get fired or quit within weeks. Rinse, repeat. Eventually, they just loiter around all day, living with grandma and her social security check, and whatever gubment benefits they can get.

The "local" stores are more than happy to accept food stamps for purchases. And they wink wink are more than happy to work out deals. Cash in hand, these folks support the thriving industry in town, the drug trade. Don't have enough cash? Well, we will just rob our neighbor, who is trying hard with a job at the factory or the hardware store. Why not just beat them down by stealing their TV or their car, which turns out they didn't have insurance for, so they can't afford to fix it when the thieves wreck it, and now they can't get to work.
