Remember when car cassette decks got the button that switched from A side to B side?

My ‘94 S-10 had it. No more tape flipping, what would they think of next? We had some low expectations back then.

The threads get worse by the day now that football season is over. Even on the OT

I had a large mobile phone mounted in my 91 ShagVan!

My first truck had a 2 knob radio with no tape player. My 93 Nissan was high class when I got it and could play tapes

Remember when auto fast forward to the next song came out on cassette decks?

shite I remember the car cassettes that knew when there was a break between tracks and stopped the fast forward accordingly.
That was the new shite right there.

1982 Ranger 4x4 with lift kit, 8 track with thing to put the cassette player in the 8 track, boom box, amp, and ladies loved the meatloaf, Def Leppard, van halen, and kiss. I could rock it driving that truck.

In the early 70's when I was in junior high, I had a Craig eight track, and car speakers hooked up to a battery charger. The charger would kind of amp up and click pretty loudly every so often. It was in my dad's workshop out back. We used to " camp out" back there. Most of the time we'd stay up all night, sneak off on our bikes, smoke cigarettes, drink too much Coke, and be worthless the next day. I lived in a small MS town then. We would ride out bikes around the courthouse square, right past the police station at two, or three am. Complete bad-arses.
A few years later a buddy got a quadrophonic right track player. It had a toggle stick that let you rotate the sound between the four speakers. Coolest thing I'd ever seen, or heard, when I was 13 years old.

First car was a 1975 Cutlass Supreme with an 8-track. Panties dropped 3 counties over.
