So the school board - government - is going to pay for Hindt to go after his accusers for defamation. And in 7 months, he's gonna retire anyways.
What did you think was gonna happen, Mr. Gay, when you make 40 year old scandalous allegations?
Any of you people in Katy know who this Sean Dolan cat is? Seems like he has a real ax to grind.

The guy needed closure and he got it.. not his fault the superintendent was a twat back in the day.. the superintendent also handled it wrong from the jump.. Always control the narrative and he didn’t.

He definitely had an ax to grind. He tried to bring those plagiarism things to a doctoral board on Reddit and they basically told him he’s full of shite.
Hopefully he can move on with his life now. dude had an unhealthy obsession with the guy.
Katy bullying isn’t any worse than any other burb district but he seemed over the top with his bitching about it

Did he, though? He never got an apology, he will be forever linked to bringing down a popular public official, and now he's saying he never wanted the super to resign.
I feel like if this was this giant hole in his emotional life, it just got worse, not better.

Anywhere there is a mix of wealthy kids, there is going to be bullying. Suburban public school district, private schools, etc.

He obviously wanted to get that off his chest.. Here’s a popular and successful guy in the industry that tormented him in his youth.. he said his peace and said he didn’t want him fired so it’s sounds to me that he got his closure.. closure isn’t immune to regret but after 40 years he needed that burden gone..

I've often said one of the reasons I'll never run for political office is that I don't want someone or some group to find out some of the stupid stuff I did in high school / college and use that to blast me and my family decades after the fact. Much less... made up stupid stuff.
I guess that now extends to public employment as well.

This is such a dumb story. The bullying victim needs to grow up. Either get over it after 30 years, or challenge the bully to a fight.
But KISD wasted $70M on a football stadium last year so this is par for the course.

...and maybe he didn't, and in a few months he gets his closure by opening two holes in his head.
It might be what he needed or it might be what he thought he needed, but it sounds like he regrets his decision now.

How much did Jerry Jones spend on The Star? I think KISD missed the boat here... probably could have put a roof on the new stadium for not much more money.

Sounds like it was all a set up. Accuser dropped the bullying bomb and ran off. Guy taping the incident knew it was happening and had site set up with several later-disproven accusations against the super.
