5 years quit here. Don't kid yourself into thinking you can handle one every now and then because you can't. Each craving you resist makes the next one easier to the point where I can't imagine myself smoking anymore. Just quit or carry on with killing yourself you fricking pussy...

All it takes is one cigarette to bring back your addiction. It's never worth it. Stop again and never light up for any reason.

You should read the Law of Addiction. It may help you down the road

Know the feeling. Used to smoke a good bit, now it's weeks without it, followed by smoking when I'm drinking.

How long had it been before you lit up?

Cigarettes are tough man. I quit 18 years ago and I still catch myself patting my shirt pocket for a smoke every once in a while.

Just keep smoking and enjoy yourself. Until you start taking radiation treatments to the neck to get rid of the poison you inhaled. It's a blast trust me. I just finished myself, I lost 80 pounds and still losing cuz I can't eat.

I started vaping, it worked. Yeah, its gay as shite and i try not to do it in public. But it helped kick a pack a day habit.

One of my friends used Chantix successfully, but it is supposedly not without side effects.
