I had a 850 score about 6 months ago. Since then I have paid off my truck and home. So basically the only thing I am paying on is credit card I pay off every month for the most part. I am sure my score has dropped but I would like to maintain a good score in case I have a need to borrow. How active do I need to be with borrowing to maintain a good score?

Keep a single loan going for at least 5k for 30 months at a time.

Keep an available revolving of at least 50k.

I never cross 10% on utilization. Ever.

Financing an F-250 will keep you active for 84 months

All you have to do is use your credit card and pay it off every month.
