They’re fun. You can really feel the pilots flying.

I fly regularly and still hate them. Not a lot of options up here in North Dakota.

I've taken the tiny jet from Gulfport to Atlanta many times - sure as shite beats having to go through MSY.

But you do have options. Move and find a big airplane job. Drive. Or learn to love them.

You'd think Sparta would have only the best airplanes due to abandoning any weaker ones at birth.

we used to have company jet, I would repeatedly try to fly first class rather than take it. People don't believe me that they aren't that nice. Sure showing up two minutes before wheels up is nice.

OP is objectively wrong.

The 737/A320 size planes is the true hell in the sky. Worst of all worlds. Especially if stuck toward the back of one of those extended A321s and takes about as long to deplane as a 777

I always try to get on a CRJ when flying. Guaranteed aisle and/or window seat. And they fricking haul arse too.

Not to double post, but the CRJ is the best non-private flying experience you can get for domestic flights.

They’re speedy asf, no middle seats, and the flight attendants can sling drinks so fast it’s ridiculous. Just have to ignore the fact that your pilot is probably meowing at the ATC

The Boeing 717-200 is the primary aircraft used by Delta from GPT to ATL. Smooth riding aircraft and its a 50 minute flight to boot.

Avoiding MSY is a bonus.

I don't mind CRJs for shorter flights after flying a turboprop years ago from Charlottesville VA to Charlotte NC. It sounded like flying inside a lawn mower.

I don’t love it. I enjoy flying but I don’t enjoy crashing.
