I love all 3 but would probably choose seafood just for the variety.

Red meat, easily. Between beef, elk and other venison, bison, and bear if you're feeling froggy, there are a lot of possibilities. Could you imagine never having a porterhouse or a ribeye ever again? I could sacrifice fish fries, sushi, blackened redfish, fried shrimp, shrimp on the barbie, shrimp alfredo, shrimp fried rice, fried chicken, baked chicken, chicken cordon bleu, chicken and sausage gumbo, even frickin chicken pot pie, but I'm not willing to sacrifice chicken fried steak, chili, tacos, pot roast, meatball fricasse', chuck roast in a gravy, or lasagna. frick that.

Gonna miss out on some vitamins and not live long only eating meats.

Not really. Your body doesn’t need all the extras when you are fueling it right.
