Years ago, we were interviewing a female engineer from a well-known Midwestern university. She was blond and pale-skinned. Her resume included that she played a role in some Native American campus organizations. I have some Cherokee in my distant past, like a lot of older Southern families, so I asked her about it.
Within about 10 seconds, it was clear she was all about victimhood and oppression. I mentally checked out of the interview after that, and she went on to the next engineer to interview.
About the time she wrapped up with him, I'm talking to my boss standing in his door as she walks past on her way to another interview. He said "You know, I really like that gal, I think I'm going to make her an offer!". I held my tongue and just nodded. On her way out the door that afternoon, she filed a formal complaint with HR over being referred to as a "gal". My boss was a dumbass, and I was all too happy to get out of there a year or two later, but at least I didn't have to work with her grievances.
I have a lot of stories about such womenz from my time in corporate America, unfortunately.

Tattoos
Piercings other than in the ear
Unkept (nose hair, not clean shaven or well manicured beard, dressed sloppy)
Late
These will all end your interview early with me. Also, I don’t care if it’s a remote screening initially. If you don’t have a collard shirt and sports coat minimum, I will end the interview. It’s amazing at how many people get online for a remote interview with a T shirt on or even worse don’t turn in their camera.
Also anyone older than 30 that does any modifications whatsoever to their vehicle.

This, in a boat, on a ATV etc. what you supposed to do let it fly off your head and lose it. I have a pool hat I wear backwards so my head doesn’t burn to a crisp.
I think I started because I carry my toddlers in the pool and get on eye level with them playing, and it just stuck

People who throw trash out their car window, or just let it all fall out all over the parking lot whenever they get out.
Boaters sinking beer cans.
Litterers grind my gears.

Any person that's wearing a burka or any type of hoodie in public and doesn't look normal. Truth may hurt but all Islamic people get my undivided close eye attention.

Do you tell your interviewers about your academy theft?

oh frick off. Home schooled beats culcha 100/100 times.
I have an acquaintance through work who has a LOT of kids. maybe 6 or more. All home schooled and they participate in lots of social activities. He played football in college and at least some of his boys play for the school that they're 'zoned' for. I can't see how his kids would be much different than kids going to traditional schools. I could see them being strange if he and his wife kept them locked up from the world until they were 18, but I doubt that's the norm for most home school kids.

Didn’t read thread, but rude to service industry people

Do you ask this in interviews?

Grown men wearing their caps backwards
I do this on occasion, if someone thinks it’s a red flag I don’t care
I’m not a dog person, I don’t actively dislike them, but I’m never going to own one.
The others are things that I agree with.

I wear my hat backwards to keep people like you away

People that care to much about correct speling!

I taught my son the only time it is acceptable to wear a hat backwards is in a boat or on a 4 wheeler.
I interviewed a lady one time that wore black fingernail polish. I told my assistant I wasn’t interested in hiring the lady because of that.
