Decided its time to get some patio furniture. Should I get wrought iron or something else? Those of you with nice patio areas, what do you suggest?

Costco has some high quality stuff.

If you get any fabric like cushions I recommend Sunbrella fabric.

How long do you want it to last?

I spent ~$600 (either Target or Walmart) on a plastic/wicker set with cushions (loveseat, 2 chairs, and coffee table) to go with some stuff we already had. I want to be able to toss it when my taste changes.

My SO's parents paid close to $12k (10 years ago) on matching stuff for around their pool and while it has stood the test of time, it looks really dated.

Rolling out on the back porch doesn’t make it patio furniture.

It's overpriced chinese made garbage; i'm sure it seems nice if you're comparing it to what you're seeing at Target (cheap chinese shite).

A simple google search will reveal that they shifted production of almost all of their furniture to china. This isn't really news. I'm sorry if you've been buying their stuff though and have been under the impression that it's quality; if so, you've been duped.

Summer Classics. I like the aluminum collections they have (e.g., Club Aluminum). So easy to clean and maintain. Have had it for 13 years now and still looks current and is in great shape.
