That is definitely the prevailing rumor. Honestly this new list seems like something someone is trying to make go "viral" and be shared on FB and such in the lead up to the mayor runoff.

I didn’t think the Allie Rice shooting was from another motorist. I thought I read there were two individuals that walked past her car, went through the stopped train, and then came back a couple of minutes later to shoot her.

Nope. NOLA sure didn’t take it seriously. If they had there would have been cameras up and a LSP or NOPD stationed at every exit. Thugs rule and NOPD should disregard the consent decree. Too bad BR isn’t any better.
