have relatives in TW and have spent a good amount of time there. Really is an amazing place to live and raise kids.

Went there for a graduation. Literally no bars. Couldn't find a place to have a drink. Ended up having margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. Does not want.

It’s a typical custom home in a gated golf course community in a small city outside a major metropolitan area. I can be in downtown Nashville in 20 minutes, I have 1/2 the property tax burden, and my kids get a private school education at a public school price.

That all sounds really safe. Nobody slapping your kids around at school, nobody slapping you around in the neighborhood. Just safe, cozy, and warm. House looks very beta, but that's ok. Sounds like you're a very safe person.

A fair share were filmed in the Dell and Central City

Have watched way more of those shows than I should admit.
