Too bad it was really cloudy. That would have been a perfect viewing.

Typically you can see other satellites, too at the same time.
Actually this time was one of the brightest I've seen it

My son and I ran outside to go see it. It was hard to see because of how cloudy it is but always cool.

It would have been brighter than anything in the sky except for the Moon and Venus. -3.2 is pretty bright.

Stepped outside just in time to catch it directly overhead. Man that thing is trucking.
This is only the second time I got to catch it and I feel like a little kid watching it zoom by. If only the Wright brothers could see us now.

Thanks for the heads up! It was a little cloudy, but we were still able to see it in Mandeville, Louisiana.

Came by this morning at 6:09. My goodness that thing hauls arse. It was passing over Venezuela exactly 10 minutes after it passed here in St. Pete.

At 10 tonight it comes back and should be even better(the sun was just started to come up at 6:09).

It only takes a little over an hour to circumnavigate the earth

Another chance this evening 7/15 for S. Louisiana just before 10 p.m., but low-ish on the horizon.
Max height 22 degrees, your angle may vary
