We watched it last night, great night in BR for it. It came from the SSW heading NNE, was bright and hauling arse like it had just been stolen.

I watched it, too. It disappeared into some storm clouds to the ENE of me. I forgot how bright and obvious it is.

not in the city you can't.
One of the coolest things about being in the mountains of colorado for my annual hunting trip, miles and miles away from civilization, is on a clear night you can see a butt load of stars, and you will see dozens of satellites moving across the sky to go with the many shooting stars.
