Also, the Ford study found it was associated with a reduced death rate. Not that it reduced the death rate. It was not a causal design.

I don’t think there’s hardly any of those if any on TD. Just people who ask legit questions wondering if there is evidence that it’s effective or just muh feels.
The pro HCQ ones seem to be the crazies, although it may just be people desperate for a cure so grasping at anything that offers hope.

Not at all what I said. But to be fair, there are also studies that suggest it doesn't work and may actually cause harm. Lack of replication is a common problem in early-stage research using the outdated frequentist paradigm of statistical significance.

this. we have a lot of evidence that HCQ does not help in treatment of mild-severe cases. still waiting on the studies on if it helps prevent cases from becoming worse if taken as a prophylactic or very early into the disease

Wow. Truly ground breaking stuff. Have you sent this to local, state, and federal officials yet? I bet they don’t even know. Forward this thread to the FDA right now so they can see the truth and green light HCQ. Maybe we can send 20 pills to every SSN In the country along with their $1,200 check. Boom. Covid solved.
