I thought he sucked from the beginning of his time as mayor, but I have no doubt this guy had a mental breakdown of some kind after Katrina. Fck him and all like him. I hope to see him stocking shelves at Walmart one day.

He's got to be real happy with how white Nola has become in the last 10 years.

Funny shite , after nagin made that chocolate city comment I saw this white guy while working in the city that was driving a pick up and on the back in white shoe polish it read
