My friend's wife is fully rehabilitated and she also makes significantly more than him in income. She wasn't asking for permission.
Why would she think he might be mad about it?

Who cares? What a dumb post. Post on FB

This looks like a typical exchange between a husband and wife. Most day to day conversations are mundane.
However, it sounds like the wife is trying to better herself, even if in the smallest way. As a husband, why WOULDN'T I support that? Obviously We don't know the entire backstory (maybe the wife buys stuff like this all the time), but based on the information here, the hubby is being a jerk.

Which is the husband and which is the wife?

My thought is, she should not be asking him for permission to purchase something. Just buy it and give him a blowjob and go about your day.

Husband sounds like a douche.

“It was before I could walk.”
That was 1962 for me.
People (couples) should TALK about these types of things, not text.

I have one that’s been sitting under the couch for over a year now in the office. Wife used it at first and it hasn’t been used since as I predicted before she bought it.
So she gets comments every so often about if she walks on it and she immediately gets pissed off.

Walking pads are a good investment IMO.
I beat mine into the ground, but I walked hundreds of miles on that thing, either standing at my desk or watching college football.

My wife bought a walking pad a month ago. Its been used 3 times.

She needs to hop in her Strolls Royce or Chevrolegs and take a walk.

Is this supposed to be some deep thought exercise? If your wife is asking you for a walking pad (which are fairly cheap) without the extra questions of am I fat or what not just get the fricking walking pad
Posted on 7/29/25 at 8:34 am to deeprig9
The husband’s spelling of exercise is giving me a seizure.
She should just buy the walking pad. Especially if she’s the bread winner and it’s her money to spend.
