Rando's Awkward Racial Exchange of the Day

Driving through the hood to another site and smelled some amazing bbq at a roadside trailer pit.
Stop. Wait in line with everyone, I'm clearly the only white person to stop that day. Get up to the old guy cooking and ask him, "what should I get?"
He chuckles and says, "you look like a man who would appreciate a plate of ribs."
I laugh, dudes in line laugh. And I give him a, "that's good, cause you seem like a man who knows his way around some pohk."
He laughs.
No one else laughs.
BBQ was pretty legit though.
