Just sold an '09 with 105k about 2 months ago. Only problem was a bad AC.

It was a regular cab, 4.7L work truck. I'm about to be a family man, so I sold it for a Volvo...

The electronics will outlast the truck for sure. No way they crap out in under 3 years. Rest of truck will be toast by then.

Never been a Dodge guy and I've always heard that. Still waiting on my '07 Ram 2500 to fall to pieces after almost 200k miles on it. I've put this truck through the ringer towing a 14000 lb trailer, tractors, etc...

I think all of the trucks these days are pretty damn good and also complete bullshite that it will be "toast" after 3 years. Just ridiculous.

That does look good. It pisses me off to no avail that some 2018 model cars/trucks/suvs still have screens barely bigger than an iPhone

They do that just so people would pay for the higher package.

$30K+ for a shitty screen is absurd.

Every time I've seen this, it's because retards try to screw with the fuel delivery system, installing extra filters, lift pumps etc. It's one of the dumbest things people do with trucks.

If they’ve figured out how to keep the dash from cracking, I’d take one.

I have a 2018 Ram 1500. It is a really nice truck. It seems well built with no rattles to this point. I have had them all except for a Ford and the Ram a fine truck. A friend with a 13 and almost 100K with no problems convinced me to give them a shot. I thinks most of todays trucks will be good for 7 year 100k before anything big goes out unless you get a lemon.

Have a 2013 with just over 130k and never had any issues. But according to Ford fanboys, they're all shite.

RAM is literally the shittiest body style of trucks. Right behind Chevy. Fight me

Holy frick that dial gear shift though. I hate that fricking shite, and I'm a RAM guy. I drive a 2011 RAM, and have a 2017 RAM at work. The 17 has that fricking dial gear shift, and I always forget.

That interior is nice though. I'd buy that truck in a heartbeat.

Damn that's pretty impressive for a truck interior.

It sure is. Makes my Tundra look like a go cart interior. More gadgets than I need but I sure like the looks of the Ram.

People say this shite about RAM all the time, but my truck is 7 years old with over 150k miles on it and the worst problems I've had so far were a bad AC hose and a sensor for my anti-lock breaks going out.

When my 04 GMC Serria dies (if that is possible) I might step out of my boundary and get a Silverado. Maybe.

The new Rams we have on our farm have tons of electrical issues. Lots of burnt up fuel pumps and one of the. All the interior electronics blink on and off when you hit bumps in the road. Also had the front differential go out on one at 30k miles

What truck do you recommend for the farm?

I have a 2015 Ram Laramie and it is junk. Looks great inside but it’s been in the shop 5 times already. I previously owned a Tacoma and had no problems. You get what you pay for.

Chrysler/Dodge has always been a leader in design. They just build shitty vehicles.

Sure, but what would be the fun in posting "it'll probably be fine".

I prefer the UConnect user interface from Ram over Ford and Toyotas. It's very user friendly.
