How on earth could they roll it out of the store and not notice the tires were flat?

Dumb as an oyster.

Getting fuel the other day and the guy in the old Saturn was pumping gas and on his phone “you don’t have to tell me Baw, he’s a fricking cuck.”

I calmed down, took Jr back to Walmart and got a bike with two tires which "hold air", he's now riding it in the rain.

Yeah, you had a chance to nip this before the first drop of rain hit you and didn’t.

Added incentive, you’d have saved the money you spent on the bike.

You should be angry at you.

I’d title this story, “The Torch Goes Out in the Rain”.

You might be an a-hole, but at least you have a brain in your head...which is more than your mother and your wife can say.

Jr can’t pump his own bike tires? How old is the kid?

Given senior can't do it why does it surprise you Jr is lost?

They make 21 speed bikes?

I remember you were pimp if you had a 10 speed.

Found a problem here: Selfish bastard making your poor wife deal with YOUR mom instead of taking Jr. to see her folks.

Should have calmly explained why it was a bad idea. When a real man puts his foot down, it means something.

Factoid: Mongoose bikes gained widespread attention only after the release of 1984's The Karate Kid. (Daniel LaRusso rides one.) After the movie, the brand became popular with the general public.

I have to admit that I laughed at this.

Welcome to being a husband/ Dad. Somehow, you will always get branded as the bad guy.

As life has gone buy, I completely understand why my father rarely talked.

Quit being a dick and enjoy making memories of you and your son riding bikes in the rain at grandma’s house. He will cherish that memory even if you don’t. Get off your phone and enjoy your family.

They intentionally don't air up the tires. They don't want to have to roll out the spike strips on aisle 9.
