Well la is pretty segregated when it comes to schools.
If you look at the places that generally have lower test scores; LA, MS, AL, GA, DC. It doesn't take much to find the correlation. Or what's diff about these states and DC compared to others?

To be completely honest here, I'm pretty confident Mississippi and Alabama have us soundly beat for the title of "dumbest". Probably Arkansas as well... I mean, if you're JUST talking about white people.

Whites here are pretty damn happy. They love the quality of life. The natives, particularly natives in the YK Delta are prone to suicide and it's a cultural thing.
