What is up with only Race Track gas stations claiming change shortage? Asked two Circle K employees today about it, and they both claimed they have never heard a thing about it. In fact both said they probably dont know how to make change.

Pisses me off they claim I have to take the hit for the 80 cents in change you owe me when I can look and see you have freaking change in the drawer.

Circle k all over are having the issue. Everyone is really. With the shutdown, less cash and change has been in circulation. I think the mints have been shut down as well. They arent just making shite up

Okay so then what is the solution. I just get fricked. My question is why should I take the hit? Why shouldn't the gas station?

Remember stopping at 3-4 on the way to a baby shower to buy a pen to sign the fricking card for the gift. Ended up not giving the couple the card

I haven't used change to pay for anything since I was like 13. I carry some extra cash in my pocket but havent used any in about a year.

There was a Walgreens stop in there too that I didn't want to mention. I hate going to a big store to wait in line for a $3 purchase
