Do you drink it black or with all the additional crap? I could see your stomach hurting if you use so much cream and sugar.. I don't see how you'd be hurting if you drank it black.

I put a one Stevia packet and a little creamer in it, but it's not a stomach ache I mean like contributing to digestion/acid reflux type issues.

I tried quitting once, but found that it decreased the number of shits I took at work. I quickly started abusing it again.

If I don't have access to a toilet within at most 15 minutes of finishing my coffee I'm in a real bad spot. A coffee shite for me is not something you have the luxury to put off due to inconvenience. It's like the siren going off on a nuclear power plant when a meltdown is imminent when that coffee shite feeling hits.

Take an antacid. No way I would quit coffee. Black dark roast coffee should be a requirement for all males to gain and keep American citizenship. It is what separates us from the barbarians.

They have now linked drinking more black coffee to a lessening or even reversal of some of the liver effects of drinking too much alcohol. There is a direct correlation between amount of black coffee and the liver effects. Black coffee is very good for you. I tried quitting for two days a couple of months ago and then asked myself why in the hell would I quit? It takes me from feeling miserable to great in about two small styrofoam cups. Like beer and weed, God made coffee for us because he loves us and wants us to be happy.

I just had a massive lunch, about to have a massive cup of coffee, then take a massive dump.

CAN'T WAIT.

Steps:

1. Switch to black

2. Get your doc to write a prescription for omeprazole. Its Prilosec OTC but insurance covers the generic prescription so its free.

3. Ingest both daily.

4. Live happier life.

And to answer the OP, I tried quitting for anxiety reasons once.

Once.

The headaches the first 2 days were horrrrrrrible and my poop schedule got completely out of whack. I was quickly back on the juice of life and haven't looked back. Anxiety is fixed from exercise and sleeping better.

I drink in the a.m. with honey and a little milk. Noticed it bothered my stomach if I drank it afternoon as well. Addictive

Those added sugars and calories add up.

If you can, you should condition yourself to prefer it black.

Anyone who feels anxious or jittery from caffeine ought to try taking 200mg of L-Theanine with it. For me, it takes the side effects away and leaves the cognitive effects. Also lowers blood pressure.

The worst headaches you can possibly imagine. I tried giving up the bean juice once for Lent; this lasted for about a week.

There's a joke to be made here, but I'm not going to be the one to make it.

Morning people have no souls. Like gingers. I'm convinced.
