Question for NOLA residents

They're trying to get that Christmas spending money.

I've noticed it too. The gutterpunks have moved in. I've seen a number of them getting into late model cars around dark, presumably to get back to the hotel.

Only guy I've given money to lately was at the corner of Canal and City Park. Dude just started talking to me about the Saints game, didn't ask for anything. The pushy ones can frick off.
