I have a question about the actual implementation of this new Federal process.

Suppose a masculine looking person walks into a female restroom and it scares a 10 year old girl who registers a complaint.

Does the store call the police to verify the currently identified gender of the person in question? The situation can not be ignored because the person in question may be a true child molester. And store security will probably not have access to investigate the suspect's medical situation and criminal history.

So now, instead of the police doing the things they currently do, they have to investigate restroom problems.

And the child will have to be interviewed and asked explicit questions......

Do the police set up a transgender registry and keeps tabs on transgenders to ensure the registry is up to date. If so, then this new inclusive rule is giving transgenders a police "history".

what's the % of Bronies in the U.S.?

never mind, I found it:

quote:

Thus, we can state with a 95% confidence that between 4.0% and 6.8% of the internet-using US population strongly identify as bronies, or approximately 7 to 12.4 million people.

It is around 0.3% but this would be a weak argument. The 250 year American tradition of marriage was changed to include 1.8% (Gays) of the US population.

Errrr.....as far as we know, the union between a man and woman has existed since the dawn of man, whether the formed the union informally or formally via religious tradition. So, that 250 years is a speck in the grand scheme of things.

Reminds me of the family guy episode where Peter marries Chris

quote:

P: Chris Griffin... will you marry me? What?! Is it even legal for a man to marry his son?

P: It is in Vermont. As long as it's a man and a man, anything goes up there.

C: They're a bunch of liberal degenerates. I don't know. It seems really weird. I mean, aren't men supposed to marry women?

P: No, no, no, that's just all of human history except for the last five months. We'll just be like best pals.

P: And besides, there's plenty of people who are married and don't have s*x. Like Will Smith and that pit bull.

Transgender people have been using the opposite restrooms for decades. why care so much now?

Back then transgender people were just trying to get by as quietly as possible like the rest of people.

But the new generation of transgender people are loud and obnoxious about pushing their aggressive agenda onto everyone else. They want things to be their way they want or they throw a huge fit.

They are not leaving US (meaning the non-transgender people) alone. They are not leaving our children alone. They want a huge fuss and to play the part of a victim.

It's not about transgenders.

Laws were passed forbidding discrimination based on sexual preference and gender. Pervy dudes realized they could go into women's bathrooms with impunity because if caught by the building owner, they could just claim to be transgender with zero onus on them to prove anything and zero recourse available to the building owner.

These business owners saw this conduct and started speaking out about how dangerous these laws were, that they unintentionally emboldened and empowered sexual predators, so they sought a law at the state level that would make the determinations up to the individual building owners.

The media ran with the narrative that the new state law was legalizing discrimination, basically painting the proponents as discriminatory against trans-gendered people.

This media meme has tricked compassionate people into supporting rights of pervs and sexual predators, thinking that they're actually supporting Transgenders.

thats how it always works with these nuts. They always care way more about things than do the people actually involved in the situation.

The store scenario doesn't apply right now. The directive is for K-12 schools and postsecondary schools. Their students are registered as students.

I refuse to allow anyone to do anything unless they are at least 50% of the population.

Pretty sure it's in the same amendment as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Target can go to hell. Their fishing section sucks tranny dick. I'm boycotting them on that alone. Give me Walmart any day of the week. At least I can go into Walmart and not have a chick with a beard using a shenis at the urinal next to me and walk out with a pack of culprit tequila sunrise worms. Try doing that shite at target!

From the tone of the rest of your post, I'm assuming you don't mean greater than 1 percent, but that is what you wrote. > means greater/more than, < means lesser than. So what you actually said was, "Im thinking more than 1 percent," but I think you wanted to say (and be more correct) in saying less than 1 percent.
