No worries, that just means more sex for the Alpha males.
Well that was nice and helpful. You seem like such a caring person. I never said I plan to sabotage possible relationships but that mentally I might do that.

I already have a therapist. My therapist was the one who actually recommended that I start dating again. She thinks in the very least it will help with being around actual women again and help with the process of unclogging all the Incel stuff in my brain.
So you’re just trolling and have the answer to your question.

If you define yourself by being too ugly and unable to date, you'll sabotage it before it gets there anyway.

Question about IdentityThis is a thought provoking question. Would remaining part of the incel community drive you to suicide quicker than getting rejected by some girl on the internet?
This. What most quickly ends your posting career? Do that.

Yes I do know the answer, but it's hard to declog the Incel stuff. How do you proceed with a date when part of you really wants to go out on a date and the other part of you is terrified of dating? Nothing to do with the specific person, just dating in general.
My therapist has said that I just need to accept that first date jitters are a normal and good thing. That I also need to realize that the woman involved will most likely feel the same way and just to see how it goes. Not to put any pressure on it and that as I go on more dates or find a woman to hang out with that the jitters will go away.

And that's the thing I'm in the process of getting out. That's the Incel methology talking, not me. I don't personally think I'm too ugly to date or otherwise undateable. I think I have a fair amount of good qualities.
Where the Incel stuff really screws with you is that they tell you that unless you're a Chad who is wealthy, handsome, well connected and exciting that you won't get anywhere. That at best you'll just be used for resources. The Incel community even have specific measurements in terms of how big the chin area should be. That's where it becomes toxic.

If I actually do go on this date, does that violate my identity as an Incel? Will I no longer be able to be a part of the Incel community

Most women will smell your lack of confidence and have no interest. So stop worrying, you'll still be an incel.

What do you think about this identity and how it defines me? Should I take her out on a date and risk losing my identity? Or should I decline a date and preserve the identity?
I simply cant understand why you would want to cling to the identity of being an incel. What can that offer you besides the companionship of unhappy people?
Why be on a dating site if you dont even want the sex/relationships which is the very reason dating sites exist.
Its like being a toddler who refuses to leave the pool while simultaneously throwing a tantrum about water being so wet.
I just dont get it
