When I was getting my driver equipment installed and had to go do measurements, they guy doing the measurements showed me a van in which the driver would be using his head for gas and brake. Its been awhile so I forgot how it all worked, but I think now there are eye sensors.. But still. I'd like to see how this situation went down.
