mentally incompetent but can handle driving a fricking getaway car. Amazing how that works out. I could never be a public defender and stand up there and fight for pieces of shite like this.

Not a women's prison. It's crazy how many people think this. It's LCI and it's right next to Hunt.
As for this case. If the prosecutor is worth a shite they will question the validity of the psychologist's credentials. Every patient they've ever "diagnosed" could come in to question. They will get picked apart and their finding will likely get thrown out.

Only incompetent to stand trail at this time. she will be found competent after treatment. Putting her on trial at this time with whatever is in the psychologists' report would likely result in a mistrial.

All the while using up thousands of taxpayers dollars for her "treatment". Determine if she did the alleged crime then execute her and be done with it

She has to go to trial first to determine that. Amd the trail has to be fair and follow procedures. One of those is that the defendant must be competent to assist in her own defense, understand, etc. all defendants, regardless of alleged criminal act, are to be afforded a fair trial.

Being found incompetent should be grounds for life imprisonment or death. If you are that fricking incompetent and you are involved in a murder you are a danger to society.
